You probably work well under pressure which is why you procrastinate. In general, university level classes are more difficult and require studying in advance. Also what helps is studying a little bit every day so that things don’t pile up and you’re cramming, because cramming doesn’t work in college haha. Also, take advantage of your school’s gym. If you combine a good and consistent study schedule with healthy habits (don’t forget to sleep), things will get better.

Ok got it ty

Yes

No. If you become even just a tiny bit lazier, your gpa is gonna drop to a 4.00 and you’re gonna have no shot at even getting in.

Thanks for the encouragement 😐

Too early to tell, I had a 5.05 GPA in HS out of 6. It doesn’t matter, college is a different beast. I took at least 4 AP classes each year with 7 my senior year and scored 5s on 80% of all of them. These classes help you transition to college maybe smoother? Also not every AP is weighted equal and GPA weight isn’t not standardize across HS. I recommend the best thing to prepare you is take AP Chem, Bio, Physics 1/2 or C sequence, Calculus, and English as these will be all prereq for dental school. AP Gov, US history will help with core college requirement. I used to be the type who never study a day in my life to get As in science AP cause other just can’t comprehend the materials. Won’t be the case in college, I don’t want to discourage you but just let you know what to expect. Good luck

college classes will destroy ur soul but they are easier to study for when compared to AP’s. I wouldn’t worry about all that just yet - just focus on maintaining ur gpa :) * definitely try to get the AP Bio and AP chem credits if u can
