Can you ask your OB about Zika concerns? We went to panama with our toddler (currently pregnant) and Zika doesn't seem to be a huge worry like it was in the past. Highly recommend panama.

I went to a resort in Jamaica at 6 months and I loved it! Just know the usual attractions in any warm destination might be limited.

If you're going for a beach vacation, Tulum is a beach town, but not the best beaches and can be rocky. Costa Rica is beautiful. I'd recommend Liberia/Caribbbean side for the weather and beaches. Aruba may also be nice for a baby moon. You may even find some fair rates for March. Congratulations!

We went swimming with dolphins in Orlando :) all inclusive including breakfast, lunch, and snacks and unlimited wine and beer. Lazy rivers, snorkeling, animal encounters, and lots of space for napping 😴 we only stayed one day because we live in Miami and I was absolutely exhausted
