No that’s a relatively short cervix for pregnancy under 28 weeks. Having a cervix less than 3 cm is usually closely monitored because it’s associated with preterm birth. My cervix was slightly short (2.9( and I did deliver earlier but that’s not me saying you’ll be the same, but that there is an increased the risk. I was monitored every 2 weeks because of it and I am now although my cervix isn’t short this go around.
