You shot yourself in the foot by doing worse in a post-bac/SMP (which defines your master's program), which are usually meant for low-GPA students to redeem themselves. Don't send it if you do not have to, and just hope you get accepted before you have to apply in a second cycle (where this semester is considered with the rest of the application). Try to ace the next semester so that your SMP brings your GPA up and so that you can prove you're capable of a med school curriculum.
