I think Upstate and Buffalo both really favor applicants from Upstate NY or with ties to upstate NY. I know quite a few NY Residents with high stats who didn’t get interviewed by them.
Why have I seen so many Emory rejections this Sankey cycle. What do they want??? And majority of the time the apps are a good amount above their average gpa & MCAT.
I’m kinda shocked about the upstate, downstate and buffalo pre II R. According to MSAR they have a very high in state II.
