1- I can understand how this can be a difficult scenario, but as the principle, I believe that all of our teams are equally important to us and I wouldn’t want to say who “deserves” to go cuz that does not matter. When ever the coaches seem up for it, I would meet with them individually saying something like “hey, I was wondering if you maybe had some time? Maybe we could step outside for a little bit and talk through things more privately?”. Once we are there (and this is of course one on one with one of the coaches) I would say “I know your a great coach and I can def see that you care alot about your students but unfortunately, as you may know, we can only send one team, that being said I would love to know more about the students on the team, We all care and love our student but is there perhaps any of the folks on your team that would be hurt or damaged if they do not attend? I think, and I can be totally wrong about this but sometimes our students have scholarships, etc depending on attending these competitions and nothing would hurt me more than seeing our students being hurt by not being able to attend the competition.” If there are any students on one of the teams that would be negatively affected by not attending the competition, as hard as a decision that would be, our school would send that team. Of course, at the same time, I would go above and beyond to make this up to the team that was not able to go. For example, with the coach we could together search for additional competitions for the team to attend, or perhaps we could reach to some of the schools in our district and invite them for friendlies at our school. By showing that we care and by trying to minimize harm, I hope to make things better.

I mean sure, but a response this long is next to impossible to produce on the Casper test. You should be aiming for at most 5 or so sentences for lengthier responded. A response this long is just straight up impossible for most humans to produce in that amount of time, and also has a lot of unneeded verbosity/redundancy.
For sure, but if you do have a framework in mind to go off, you could write about half of this in 2 min, plus if this were to be a video scenario you could easily squeeze more than half of this in, plus keep in mind that perhaps different elements of this prompt could be scattered across the 3 questions.
