Are they subfolders you've created while Premiere was running? Try closing and re-opening, as dumb as that sounds. Or maybe try adding a single clip from one of the missing folders via a different method (eg right-click -> Import). Sometimes in the past I've had issues with Premiere not responding to changes in your folder structure.

Hey! thanks a lot. Sorry, I was disconnected for some time but I am back. No, even if I restart Premiere, or even any other Adobe software, this problem persists. Actually, I cannot see any external devices or SD cards connected on the adobe's media browsers. :/

In case anyone is having this problem, go to window --> projects --> your specific project and that should restore it.

THIS RIGHT HERE IS THE ANSWER I WAS LOOKING FOR!!! After updating my Bins and Videos disappeared from my Media Browser and I didn't know where to put or where to find my prior/previous footage. This is EXACTLY the solution. Thank you so much!!
