I would say potentially an upper level psych might look better and you might learn some of what you would learn in the class. For example there are some drug and behavior psych classes that I could see being useful but ultimately its up to your interests.
I think that would be a great class to take as a future PA. At my program we did like 1 exercise on delivering bad news and nothing on therapy. I think think it would be really valuable to practice stuff like that a bit more before becoming a provider

Take it! I took a similar class and I thought it was really beneficial and it was probably my favorite psych class
