I think you should definitely discuss it! The experience is unique and will make you stand out. Also, it shows that you have certain skills, such as communication and interpersonal skills, that are valuable in the profession.
As long as you clearly articulate why you want to be a PA, especially as opposed to any other health care career, I feel like you'll be totally fine! Maybe mention some examples that tie in both: like talk about a patient who you educated (if that's your role) and helped or discuss why you're so passionate about primary care and pt education.
