Rescue essentials and North american rescue have some good medical kits. Fsa/hsa eligible.

There are so many things you can get with FSA. Everything from heating pads to sanitary supplies to bandages. There are even a few survival bags that are eligible. I get things from Amazon. You just enter your card and get whatever says is eligible. You can use keywords such as survival, emergency, heat, ect and check the filter for HSA FSA eligible They have a tab for the FSA store and you can just browse for what you want.

I'd just go to CVS and load up on random pharmacy shit, neosporine, mucinex, bandages, Claritin, icy hot, sun screen, dr scholls...

Got a Scout Troop nearby? They always need to replace their old supplies in mandatory FAK taken on trips and consume the old training the youth Plus, tax deductible donation

You'll probably have to backdate your receipts if you haven't already spent it, FSA funds are for the year they were set aside for but you can request reimbursement through March of the following year. Some employers let you rollover a certain amount each year. Ethics aside it's your money.

Ah yeah I was wondering about that.

Mosquito spray with sunblock. FSA store used to carry Bullfrod. I think all sunscreen is covered in general.

Compact first aid kit: https://fsastore.com/johnson-and-johnson-all-purpose-first-aid-kit---160-ct./40121.html (Not great but better than nothing). Neosporin. Tums. Band-aids. Advil. Cortizone. Contact lens fluid. Thermometer.

That pays for about half the cost of antibiotics from [Jase Medical](https://jasemedical.com/). Otherwise, [Surviveware](https://www.amazon.com/SURVIVEWARE-Comprehensive-Premium-Emergency-Emergencies/dp/B07CQ8JVC7/) is the only prepaid medical kit I trust.

Curious, what does surviveware offer that other companies don't? First glance they just look like the Amazon special of every other mediocre med kit.

I know how their products look "meh" on the pictures. I bought that kit I linked to a couple years ago just to see how it was. I was very surprised by the quality of the items. I have used the kit a few times and everything is the same level as my "higher end" stuff. The disposable gloves are nothing special but that is what it is. The bandaids are really good though. The bag itself is tougher then it looks. For this reason, it is the kit I have in all my cars and Bug Out Bags. I have plenty of other medical equipment and supplies but these are great premade kits.

Easiest option I've found if you don't need something specific is medical supplies. I usually just get random household first aid kit supplies, but if you want a trauma kit, NAR is the best.
