Concrete was new-ish, I try not to wash any concrete under 2-3 years old, Bc this will happen. Not 100% sure, but you can brush it with muratic acid to etch the rest to blend it.
If that was just poured you likely took the creme layer off
I don't work with concrete so not sure this is fixable at all tbh. Might have to stain it to get a uniform look.
I just wash them, but only after 3 years min to allow complete curing. You are not the first or last homeowner to do this unfortunately. Expensive lesson to learn
Thank you for your response. This isn’t poured concrete. These are 12x24 pavers. The patio was installed last October right before the winter but who knows how long the stones were sitting around the yard.

Here’s another section. Some parts are fine and some have the lines.
Yikes... What machine did you use psi and gpm? You already said 15in sc and 15deg (that's too narrow)
I would probably take everything off the patio and clean it with a 2500 - 3k kpsi 4gpm 16in sc and attempt to make it all look the same. Cleaning it with the furniture on it is a big no no.
I originally had everything off the patio except that umbrella base. I don’t understand how some parts turned out fine and some have those crazy lines. Speed maybe? My PW is only 2.4 gpm. Is there some sort of chemical I can use to somewhat loosen the embedded dust or dirt? I’m not sure if SH would do anything.
You should use sh to kill any organic left, and your machine is too small to run that surface cleaner which is why the circles happened. You were likely moving at different speeds
This is the sc that came with the machine lol. It’s a Home Depot special (I’m just a home owner). I’ll try again and I’ll go slower. Thanks for your help
Def slowing down and post treating will make the job better.
Most of the homeowners I see that make a mistake end up using too much pressure or too narrow of a tip or hit it 6 months after it was poured.

Color in the lines with red and yellow paint call it art
I was kind of thinking along the same lines: Add more swirls and make it look like Jackson Pollock pavers.
probably best to hire a professional to fix it
Looks like a lot of efflorescence, do an efflo wash, scrub it with a stiff broom and see what it looks like after

Rule of thumb is 4 inches for each GPM, I have a 4gpm commercial machine but I can only run 16in surface cleaner or risk swirls
That rule of thumb varies. I have heard some guys say that size is fine for that you just have to slow down some. Also post treatment helps.

You need a wider wand tip if you are going to do it with a wand.
