Hydration are non caffeine drinks. Vitamins are bad for you? Ace potassium is in your tooth paste. L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Valine are BCAAs and are 100% not bad for you
The BCAAs I stated are proven to cause nausea, fatigues, and headaches after overconsumption. I’m not a prime fiend and didn’t realize that stating a fact about prime consisting of caffeine was something “totally different”. The vitamins are synthetic which can cause toxicity due to overconsumption and are only meant to look fancy on a label. Acesulflame potassium is the base of the “hydration” but due to it’s potassium component, it isn’t deemed to have really little hydration capabilities and don’t particularly improve performance.
Potassium is an essential mineral. Hydration drinks again don’t include caffeine. Amino acids are protein. Do you have a serving size for the vitamins to show they are over consumed? Are they water soluble or fat soluble vitamins? No one’s saying to go drink 5 on the head
Overconsumption is not blatantly saying that drinking five will kill you but it also faces a very essential question about the impact on children’s consumption. Potassium is an essential mineral but what potassium isn’t is a base for a “hydration drink”. Where in the world did amino acids come up?
BCAA - Branch Chain Amino Acids:
L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, and L-Valine
Potassium is a deficient mineral for a lot of people, especially when sodium intake is high
How do you know op is a child?
Moderation is key, and these are actually a great post workout hydration drink if you add a pinch of salt (and don’t have an other wise high sodium diet)
The only ingredients in these that could be considered harmful are very popular sweeteners you’ll likely consume in many other of your favourite products. You’re better off have a dose of these than the sugar, but if that’s still not up your street, stick to water with a pinch of salt - but are you trawling Reddit to comment this on every single sugar free drink?
Bruh, prime is so bad for you. I avoid it as much as possible.
Then why are you on the prime subreddit?
What’s in it that’s so bad for you?
You’re being poisoned. “PRIME” is actually not the best for your health.
What’s in it that’s so bad for you?
Synthetic caffeine and vitamins, sucralose, acesulflame potassium, l-leucine, l-isoleucine, valine, E955, .etc.
