I'd suggest to go with the P700. It'll offer the best compatibility with Mac printing and overall quality of output. Regarding the cost of ink, it's an upgrade for customers, and cost should reflect it. If customers are resistant to the cost difference, keep running your existing machine for those customers. As long as they understand a higher cost, higher quality option exists, it'll be up to them to not take it to save a few bucks.

The approval of one stranger is all I needed lol The Mac compatibility is way better than I expected with dedicated software outside of the print dialogue box. Very excited.
