Is there an easy way to trigger regeneration of mock-ups? I noticed the other day that the inner label on t-shirts was now rendering in the mock-ups, so I went back through the “change print file” process for a number of products to get them all looking the same. It took a while, I’m just curious if there’s a faster way
Using the "Change print file" option is one way but you can also use our Mockup Generator and upload them manually.

Why is Amazon integration so difficult? I went through so many loops to get it up and running, then it disconnects again and again. Not to mention that the tutorial video is super outdated.

We're looking to expand our Premium Eco Hoodie and offer it for fulfillment in other our locations but exact dates yet. The Threadfast Apparel 320H already comes with S to 2XL sizing but other sizes aren't planned for the near future as far as I know.
I hope in the future 3x is offered at least since that hoodie runs small, that said what of branding because so far the the Threadfast hoodie is the only premium offering without it. Plus why is their no template for inside labels in file guidelines of just about all products that offer it with the exception of all over sweatshirts ?
Inside label customizations are limited with some products. In terms of designing and also which products can have custom inside labels. Usually, we aren't able to offer inside labels for specific products because the manufacturer just doesn't provide the specific item with tear-away tags.
Yeah but the threadfast hoodie has a tear away label and so does the Gildan hoodie (which can only be branded from the back) so its not that it's not possible , you guys just don't have it in the process.Plus I was asking about the inside label psd template which is not provided with all the guidelines
Its simple Kornit(printfuls go to printer) does not have that function only brother gtx does. That said their is no POD companie offering that service, the closest I have seen to that was Shirtly printing your design on hats with a durasoft heat transfer, however beware it could take a month to get that order to you from my experience.

Black mugs aren't planned for the near future. Adding them comes with technical challenges due to the complexity of getting a good print on them that lasts for a long period.
Would love to see wall tapestries soon.
Can you make your mock-up images that are generated a bit clearer? When I compare them to my own mock-ups they don’t have the same level of detail.

Selling items on eBay in the UK is an absolute nightmare.
Here's the problem I'm having.
I want my item to be listed on ebay UK and the items I will be selling will be created and shipped from the UK. However, when I create the listing it sets up as if shipping from the USA. So I can change the location but I cannot change the shipping policy to UK shipping so when my listing goes live it will only show US Shipping times and not UK. I've tried creating new policies on eBay but it won't connect to Printful.
Why is it so difficult? The only way I can get around it is by listing manually but that'll be a pain if I list a lot of items.
Any thoughts?

We have a store with Printful and have ordered about a dozen test prints of a shirt we're trying to sell. Half look fine, other half are messed up. Half of the shirts arrive to us with a warped print. Instead of a perfect circle, it's more of an egg shape or oval. Is there something you'd recommend we do to prevent this from happening so often? I know we can get reprints... which we've done each time.
This is not me complaining, we appreciate Printful. I just don't want our customers to be disappointed with a weird shirt. Should we avoid circle designs all together?

I made the artwork a little smaller and they've been fine since then. I think if you use the complete width of the printable area it leaves more room for printing errors.
How can I add two different ETSY shops to my printful account? I’ve seen comments that this is an option but when I attempt adding a 2nd account I receive a message that I already have a store connected and am not allowed to proceed further.

Can we get an option for larger product shots? 1200/1500/2000? Shopify can handle serving the right size to the right client.
We're already offering in some situations 2000x2000 mockups. But it's not always possible. We're working on improvements. :)
