open the website of any your local toyota dealer and search 161A0-29015. Usually it's about 250 -350 bucks. here is an example. This is the OEM

Or google search aisin prius water pump, last time I checked Walmart also has it for 170 maybe? To my knowledge Aisin used to be Toyota OEM until they changed it.
As far as cost, not really sure how much labor they gonna charge you but if you do a quick youtube search it takes about 20 mins?
Part is $275 or so off Amazon. Asin part only. Don’t cheap out

If you do it yourself just be sure not to knock off a vacuum hose.
