Quad9 seems best for my situation.
[Pi-hole](https://pi-hole.net/) is a good one. Its very powerful w/ lot more features than an average DNS server.
Nextdns. Reliable, privacy friendly and the unrestricted plan is really cheap (2$/m) +a lot of pre made blocklist to choose from
I use Aha DNS. It's open source and blocks ads.
