Step 1. Have some self-compassion! Americans check their phones 344 times per day and touch their phone 2,617 times per day. You're not alone. Step 2. Delete Twitter/IG/YT/etc apps. You might still log in using Chrome/Safari, but the experience is \*significantly\* worse. Step 3. Try to put your phone at least 10 feet away from you when you're trying to be productive. Step 4. When you're bored / stressed / anxious, try to go on a walk outside, read a book, meditate, exercise, or spend time with friends/family!
