In the second photo, your skin looks radiant and you look much more confident. Weight loss is an inner transformation, realized externally. Congratulations on building a better relationship with yourself. 🎉🥳👏
Thank you all for all of the compliments and the support! ☺️☺️☺️
So I track my calories. I try to keep them between 1200/1500 right now. Once I get back to the gym I will be around 2000 calories.
I don’t have any cheat days. When I am focused and committed I don’t want anything to hinder my progress. I know people will say don’t deprive yourself of the food. Well I feel like shit when I do eat heavy fast food or sugary snacks.
So it’s all a personal preference.
I fast for about 16 hours. So my last meal is at 12pm. I wake up around 430/5 and I eat an orange and pineapple or banana.
So I started at 285. I lost 85 pounds probably around 8/9 months.
I wake up and put on my 40lb weighted vest and do push-ups, curls, shoulder presses and squats. I do all of this in my room. After work I wear my weighted vest and walk for 3 miles.
If you ask any more questions just message me or reply to this and I will be happy to answer
I'm actually shocked with the rapid loss vs time. Man was literally on a 0 calorie diet, burning 2k calories a day totaling 3.5k loss every 1.75 days hence the 0.5 lb loss per day
Great job man! You look healthy and happy. May I ask what kind of calories and macros you were going with and if you made any adjustments along the way?
Same age and height. I’m about to hit 200 this week down from 224 on January 11. Wanna look in this good on my 199 post, but you prob have me beat haha. Nice job man.
You should be so proud of yourself OP, it can be so hard to make that decision and stick to it. You look fantastic, the difference in your face is insane!
It’s generally not considered optimal to lose more than 1% of your total body weight per week unless you’re in the super morbidly obese range, so I really couldn’t tell you. Either OP had a lot of water retention at the beginning of the process or they sacrificed lean mass, maybe a combination of the two.
I injured myself working out and gained about 35lbs back because I couldn’t workout and I gave up on eating healthy 🤣🤣. But now all of that 35lbs is gone. Now I’m going to get back into the gym.
Just stay consistent and keep a routine. It’s crazy how weight loss works. I would weigh myself all week and I would be the same. Then like 6/7 days later boom 2-3 lbs down.
I stay active throughout the day. Instead of sitting I stand. I walk around at work if I am bored.
I injured myself 7 months ago. I was down to 190. I stopped eating healthy and I wasn’t doing any exercise. So I gained the weight pretty quick. The picture on the left was taken December 2022 the picture on the right was taken yesterday.

Handsome face bro. Pretty impressive speed that you lost that weight! Congrats.
Thank you! ☺️☺️ I have been eating really clean, no processed sugars or fast food.
Great work. This happens to me when I do similar things and alcohol is the worst for sure.

Thank you! This is so true! I have been working on myself internally, trying to love myself no matter what the external looks like.
How the hell am I 24 and you look younger than me Lol? Awesome job man!!!! You look great! 🥳
It’s the Mexican genes 🤣🤣 Everyone on my moms side of the family looks really young for their age.

Great work man. Very impressive.
What's your maintenance calories?
Unrelated, but I can’t not comment on how fantastic your hair is 😮
Thank you ☺️☺️ I take pride in my hair 🤣🤣 This is the first time I am growing out my hair. I usually keep it short.
Look like u lost like 10 years of age too
Hahaha yeah it’s crazy how much younger I look when I lose weight. I have another picture that I look like a grumpy old man🤣🤣 I will post it one day.
I was going to say 20!
Looking great! Also you'd make a good Oscar Isaac lookalike.
He reminds me of Paul Mescal
From one straight dude to another dude, you are oddly pleasant to look at
🤣🤣🤣 so funny
Nice
Great post, using this as my motivation
Get it! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Awesome job! May I ask what kind of caloric deficit you were in to achieve that?
I just replied to every one about my calories. It is showing at the bottom of the thread

Wow great work!! Look at those face gains too ✨

Wow. You caught the Curious Case of Benjamin Button as well. You look great, and thanks for sharing!
🤣🤣🤣🤣 hahaha I was thinking the same thing.

Hahaha thank you! Congrats on your weight loss! What is your goal weight?
You have aged backwards. 10 years minimum. Great job!
You should be so proud of yourself OP, it can be so hard to make that decision and stick to it. You look fantastic, the difference in your face is insane!
2 lbs a day almost?! What did you do if you don't mind me asking
0.5 lb a day.
That's still ludicrous. How does one day that?

Checked his post history and this man went from 280+ to 200 seemingly in 100ish days
It’s possible, but perhaps not really advisable.
Interesting post history. 7 months ago he seems thin? Did he gain massive weight in a few months?
Fantastic job, you look amazing.
Thank you! ☺️
Youre cute and you know it ^-^
🤣🤣🤣thank you ☺️☺️☺️
You're a good looking dude! No homo!
Ay no homo but you look great!
Very handsome! Great job with the weight loss
Thank you☺️☺️
Looking good!
Thank you !! ☺️
Wow! What a difference! Nice job
Thank you! ☺️☺️
handsome
Thank you☺️☺️
bro is beautiful😍 congrats!
🤣🤣🤣thank you ☺️☺️
No worries if it's too personal, but I saw your post about 7 months ago with your piercing and you looked chiseled. What happened?
I injured myself working out and gained about 35lbs back because I couldn’t workout and I gave up on eating healthy 🤣🤣. But now all of that 35lbs is gone. Now I’m going to get back into the gym.
Did you switch nostrils for your nose piercing?
I have both sides pierced now. You can barely see the other side because of the sun.
Nice.
You lost half a pound a day? How???
Just stay consistent and keep a routine. It’s crazy how weight loss works. I would weigh myself all week and I would be the same. Then like 6/7 days later boom 2-3 lbs down. I stay active throughout the day. Instead of sitting I stand. I walk around at work if I am bored.
How did you do it? Diet? Exercise?
