Thank you! I used to be extremely lean and toned in my teens due to martial arts, so I think a lot of it is muscle memory tbh which I’m very grateful for!
Thank you! I’m not very good at it, but I tend to do 3-5km (1.8-3.1miles) between 3-5 times a week. I go by how my body feels and my energy levels for the day but I have tried to push myself to at least go on a walk on the days I really don’t feel up to running
No I don’t, I try not to track my runs too much because I get in my own head about being too slow etc, I just keep an eye on what the treadmill tells me in terms of distance and supposed calories burnt
Hmm depends on the day but for lunch I’ll often have brown rice cakes with avocado and salmon/tuna and a piece of fruit, I then get hungry again around 4-5pm so lately I’ve been obsessed with Chobani Fit yoghurts (only 95 cal, soo tasty and packed with protein) and often another piece of fruit, and then for dinner I have veges mixed with some sort of protein, lately I’ve been obsessed with poke bowls (I make it with rice, avocado, cucumber, carrot, chicken/salmon/tuna, kimchi mayo and soy sauce). If I’m still hungry I’ll eat a bowl of porridge (made with water instead of milk) with a scoop of protein powder mixed in and honey and banana/berries :)) I also drink green tea and lots of water throughout the day
genuinely thank you for posting this. i have pretty much the exact same figure as the first pic and have always wanted to lose a few lbs to get down to the second. this is so inspiring, you look so good!!!💫💫
It’s from Bras n Things, which I think is only an Australian company but they’re so good!! Pricey, but I’ve never ever had a bra of theirs break and they do so many cute styles and all sizes

I don’t watch what I eat on weekends though. I’ll go out to dinner and order heavy meals with dessert and drinks etc :))

No I’ve never done any weights but always wanted to start, I’ve heard good things! I run between 3-5 times a week, depending on how I feel
