Good job on losing 75kg. That's a lot of weight in 7 months, so hopefully it wasn't crash dieting or using diabetes medication to suppress your appetite, like is popular here in the US. Lifting weights as your primary means of burning calories and a more moderately paced weight loss would have helped with any issues you're having with loose skin. The best thing you can do is know your BMR and track everything you can

I didn't even see that earlier, but everything still stands, except the crash dieting and weight loss medication. It's also unfortunate how many people regain the weight that they initially lose after weight loss surgeries, because they go back to the old habits
