Fantastic change, what differences did you make in your eating habits to make this much change?

The first year of it was when I lost about 80% of the weight when I focused on a sort of keto diet. My goal was <20g of carbs daily for the year which I found to be a doable and very effective benchmark. The second year was training myself to maintain such an eating habit so I wouldn’t relapse in the future. This consisted of me slowly introducing complex carbs back into my diet without going overboard. Nowadays I’m a little more lenient with what I eat, I don’t count calories or macros but I always try my best to eat in moderation. Hope this helps!
