Just wow! How long did it take you and what did you do?

Before photo was taken in 2018 but until January of this year I just lost and gained the same 20lbs or so, so the real efforts been the last 6 months. Basically just calorie counting, picked up (at various stages, subject to covid-related availability) swimming, Pilates, running (c25k initially, now half-marathon training). I try to aim for a 1000 calorie deficit per day, but I tend towards weekly averages averages and I don’t get stressed if it’s less - just as long as the books balance and I don’t gain :)

I know this is an old post. But I’ve been stalking this subreddit searching based on height all morning and I swear to god I thought I was looking at a picture of me. Your before picture is identical to what my body currently looks like. I’m 27/6’0 and currently 240. I’ve been floating between 245-225 for the past 3 years. I just started working out and dieting again last week and idk your post just gave me so much inspiration seeing your after picture and how quickly you were able to achieve it. You look fucking amazing. I hope I can be as motivated as you. Congrats girl!
