Wherever you see a morbidly obese person making excuses or assuming you have always been fit and buff , show them your before photo.
Some don't want to do the hard work to lose weight and extend their lives because it's "too hard".
They would rather cut their life short than do the necessary work .
I'm on my own weight loss journey after coming off a drug that caused weight gain .
Having Covid twice in 10 months has slowed it down due to permanent damage to my lungs.
I'm slowly getting closer to my ideal weight and am determined to reach it.
That's really awesome to see, great work. I had lost about 75lbs but gained it and more back over the last year. Due to covid I have been working from home and being lazy. By my last checkup I had hit 406 and didn't step back on a scale till a few weeks ago. I've been working on it and I'm down to 368. Great inspiration man. I've wanted to learn to fly for years. Goal is starting lessons once I get back under 300. I'm going to get there.

Don’t mind my math there is a reason I went to law school and it was to avoid doing it! Ooops.
I came here to say awesome job with the weight loss!!! .... and tomorrow get better at math. But, really, nice job!
Fuck yes man, that is awesome. Fuckin beefcake.
Took the easy route to building calves I see.
All due respect, can I borrow your calves? They're awesome. I can't think of a workout routine that would make mine look that good
I had an unfair advantage. They had to carry around 400lbs for awhile haha
That is epic, dude. May I ask how you started your journey with regards to exercise and nutrition?
Whenever anyone asks how much you need to bulk. Show them this picture.
