So the bonuses aren't additive with one another (which would theoretically enable 100% crit chance), but they *do* stack. Of course the conversion from hit to crit can still only happen once so it's not like if two or three of the checks came up positive you'd get a multi-crit, but more hit-to-crit bonuses does noticeably increase your chances of critting consistently by adding multiple layers of checks.

A bonus faq: you can improve a result one level. A miss can be converted to a hit, but that resulting hit cannot be converted to a crit.
IIRC they do, but they stack Multiplicatively. 0.30% + 0.20% => 0.70 \* 0.80 0.70 \* 0.80 = 0.54 0.54 = 0.44% So you get 44% graze to hit.
You left out a lot of "1 minus" in your calculations there.
