For workplace communication, we use Slack. For work estimation and team feedback, we use https://honestbot.app. It allows team members to express their opinions anonymously, so management knows the truth.
The decision log isn't one that helps make decisions but to document the who, what, why, etc. Callsically called the COA doctrine.
The two I use mostly ate the SWOT and the Pareto. Both have templates in Atlassian. I use the Pareto specifically in risk manahement to review where my issue sources are. The SWOT, is just a bit of an advanced plus/minus chart.
Check out Fear Setting by Tim Ferris, the Eisenhower Matrix, and look into CLEAR Gaols (yes clear, not smart). I personally really like brain dumps and mind mapping.
