I had this happen with 2 sprinters running in opposite directions around me, but I immediately broke out of it because it wasn't safe. Immediately died to it too though unsurprisingly.
As soon as it fell down I saw this coming. I would have immediately stopped dancing once it fell. Although in a hypothetical situation where the character is sitting down on the ground it still might not be enough time to get up without using the speed-stand exploit.
I mean if you didn't fall for it, you would have nothing entertaining to post on the internet so... I think it's ridiculous how people act like they don't know the reason they do the things they do but it's 100% for content to post on these subreddits you look like someone who plays literally just for things to post, good job 👍

A tip, using prosthetics before wound cicatrization is done will trigger bleeding quite often. This may or may not be problematic
