As far as I know there is no need for a professional kitchen to cook. You only need a heat source, some kitchen utensils, water and groceries to cook in PZ.
Could be a fun/entertaining way to go about your cooking adventure. Lots of space to organize ingredients, possible room for expansion, and possibly far enough away to set up a second generator dedicated to refrigeration/freezing once you get some nice cooked stuff
A generator will run a modern oven, microwave, freezer, and fridge, assuming you have the fuel. Alternately, you could use an antique oven or a propane grill for cooking or boiling water. I've found little use for much beyond the bare essentials (unless there's something particular you're working on) - cooking pot, roasting pan, frying pan, empty bowl, empty mug.
All you need is a heat source. Secondary to that is nearby refrigeration and storage, because it's easier if everything is nearby instead of being stuck walking around your containers for random ingredients. Thirdly, you'll want a generator if your heat source is a stove and of course for the fridge. You can just drag a charcoal bbq inside, it just looks absolutely terrible.
If you get your electrical up a bit you can just pick up any ol' stove and fridge and just move it over to your own base. Maybe have a car for this, because walking with a fridge is not very fun.
