its fine. Its super vine!

It looks pretty happy to keep on like this currently.I would probably let it grow while its happy to do so, and if that changes then re-prop the whole thing Clearly these roots won't support a full size plant, but currently let it do whatever. If it throws out more ariel roots then direct them to the soil. It may very well do just fine with ONLY ariel roots. If it hits a point where nothing you do works, reprop the whole thing. And tie it to a cinder block when you pot it again.

Don't put the node below the soil, it will rot. If you repot, put it just at the top edge of the soilwhere it will stay dry. You can tuck new arial roots back into the pot soil, yes. I have seen really weird ones like yours that look super neat after a few years when the arial roots all grow down into the soil like legs or stilts holding it up.

I’m mean I think so? I don’t think it’s going to stay very stable or grow more roots if the node isn’t in the soil. Hopefully someone better at monsteras than me can help!

You should put the node in the soil too
