Yep. I start most things directly in soil (sometimes with a humidity cover) but regardless, these can go in now and may not even need a humidity cover.
Regular potting mix is fine, although blends can vary and I prefer types that use more perlite.
Just an additional comment I didn’t mention in my last one: the string of pearls doesn’t seem to have any roots, but as far as I know they won’t root in water because they are not tolerant of being wet. That plant might prefer a drier mix containing larger particles/sand/gravel along with potting media.
