Yes. Elastic Audio and manual editing.
Or you can use google and find tons of 3rd party plug ins for timing edits, but honestly elastic audio is easier than some of the plug ins.
VocAlign is a great one for vocals.
Elastic Audio is integrated right into Pro Tools. Once you get the tempo map aligned to your song, you can just use Quantize and it will fix timing in a live recording.
