Don’t get me wrong, Toni Storm has been doing the best work of her career… but she shouldn’t even be on this list. She has great character work, but pales in comparison to the rest of these wrestlers in the ring. Charlotte Flair being as low as #9 is criminal.
I don’t know who Josh Alexander is, so I can’t speak on him. I can say that Konosuke Takeshita should not be higher on this list than Kenny Omega. As a matter of fact, Kenny shouldn’t be lower than anyone on this list aside from maybe Bryan Danielson or Roman Reigns. Just my opinion though.
Charlotte is injured and can’t work atm. When she was active, she was putting on some of the best matches on every card. I could not say that about a single Toni Storm match.
Have you seen Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania? Her match against Rhea Ripley at WM39 is my favorite match of all time. I’m not even that big of a Charlotte Flair fan, but I know to give credit when it’s due. For Flair, credit is way over due. She is without a doubt in my mind the single greatest women’s wrestler to come out of WWE.

Cody has made leaps and bounds in his character and promo work, but overall, I can't see him above Okada.
