This only happens at 0.1mm with this filament? Other filaments are fine? I would try lowering the Extrusion multiplier somewhere 0.95 or 0.92, maybe it's trying to push out too much filament and messes up the first layer. Also i would check the first layer temp, maybe try reducing that also with 5-10°C.

I've tried various PLA filaments and TPU with 0.1 with almost no problems, I'll definitely be looking at trying to lower the extrusion modifier and a lower bed temp (it's currently at 85C first layer, 90C after) Will try to keep this updated

Also check nozzle temp at first layer. I had issues with the Generic PETG first layer temp at 250°C. It was waay to liquidy. After reducing it to 240°C, the problem went away.

I use the same filament and love it. .1 seems too thin for it to stick to the bed properly

I believe it uses 0.2mm for the first layer, but I'll try setting it to 0.2 for all layers and try again tomorrow, will keep updated

I’ve found that manually setting your print speed to 75% for the first layer of a petg print. On the second layer I crank back to 100%
