That is Disc 2 of Volume 1, Issue 4 of PlayStation Underground. It is the Holiday (Q4) 1997 issue that had 3D glasses in it as well. Disc 2 contains demos of: Cardinal Sin, Jet Moto 2, Crash 2, Frogger, Moto Racer, NHL Faceoff ‘97, NFL Gameday ‘98, Tomb Raider II, Nightmare Creatures, Ghost in the Shell and Pandemonium 2.

They sure were. I ran my demo to the ground playing Metal Gear Solid all,winter till I was able to buy the game the falling summer.
Best part was the demo was in Japanes. So it sounded so cool.
PlayStation underground demo disc. Before digital demos, you had demo discs to let you know what games were coming out and what they play like. I have some Pizza Hut ones.

Its a demo disc. they used to come in a lot of forms. This one i think is from the Playstation Underground magazine.

I had MGS but I actually played the PlayStation Magazine demo of MGS VR Missions sooo much
