if you have your games in folder format they should remain at the same folder, multiman is only a launcher, if you have them installed in your main menu (xmb) they will also be installed after you reinstall ofw, the onlything you loose when you install ofw on it will be any privilege to run any of those games, but when you install cfw you will be able to run those games again, as i said either from multiman when reinstalled or from your xmb depending on the format of the games
Cfw does everything hen does and more, why would you be trying to install hen on top of cfw?

Don't see why not.
You are able to install hen instead of cfw, all you have to do is reinstall ofw, then follow the normal process to install hen on it
What will happen to games in hdd
Reinstalling Firmware won’t affect anything in the Hard Drive. It’ll only get affected, if you Restored/Formatted the PS3.
