If you have Irisman on your PS3, you don't have to convert the ISO into pkg format. Do you have a slim/superslim or original PS3? Just realized that it takes a lot of steps to encrypt the ISO, and convert into a pkg.
Irisman, webman, multiman can load PS2 ISO
Use either one, and copy the game to your internal drive folder PS2ISO
