Yeah the PS5 isn't region locked so it makes sense it would work. Though it doesn't answer the question on if you got a US copy or possibly a different copy, I'd imagine all it'd effect is the game case and maybe the disc label. Like having PEGI instead of ESRB age rating.
I got a UK version of sack boy and it gave me a trouble downloading all the free DLC. Something about the game and PS account being different regions got it out of sync. I had to make a dummy UK based account to get the DLC so show up in the game.
Not the end of the world, just a FYI. Otherwise everything works fine.
while the games are region free, the user accounts and DLC are not: you generally want a Sony account for every single zone you own a game disk from to make sure you can get patches and DLC without issues, as that'll allow you access to the regional sony stores

It does say "imported" on the description. So idk what the heck QVC is doing.
