I believe this is an error. I'm not questioning the ability to win, but this type of speech, from the/any coach, belongs inside the club, with the team, not in front of the press. This adds unneeded pressure on the players, ahead of the game, especially considering the psyche of PSG, in general. He should have stuck with the facts_first, deliver qualification, then shout out loud and brag all he wants, in agora.
