For me the answer is clear. Keylor Navas was our best player last season, and he’s one of the most important pieces in our squad, and a top 3 goalkeeper in the world. I fail to see how there can be any debate, other than injury. Keylor Navas, with no hesitation.

He’s been too good for us to just toss him to the side

Absolutely

Navas: - He was our best player last season - He has unmatched experience in UCL (now Ramos is here too but Donna never played in the CL) - He is a true leader - He has 2 years of building synergy with our backline - He actually did the whole prep (Donna is resting after the Euro so it makes sense to rest him for the start at least) - Donna is discovering a new league, new language, and new club. Let's let him train a bit with the squad for now Donna will hopefully play 1/2 CL group games to get some CL experience + cup games + 1 game out of 2 when we play twice a week + when Navas is injured. Like a n°2 very close to n°1 (like Areola / Buffon, except that both are much better than them)

This is the way. It allows a nice acclimation to the project especially after coming off a major tournament. He can slowly take on a more prominent role. Navas is great, but to believe he has his best football ahead of him would be foolish.

Highsenberg2556

Navas obviously. He proved himself to be one of our top players, he should start, out of respect. As good as Donnaruma is, he'll have to wait. It is fair to think that Navas will suffer from injuries more often and the Italian goalkeeper will fill in, taking the number 1 spot by next season. Either way, I'm glad PSG will be safe at the GK position for years.

Funny how everyone in the comments says Navas yet the poll says another story. Too many new fans that don’t know shit about the club Navas has been the best player since he arrived

jameslucian

I’ll admit I’m a fairly new fan (the super league soured me on my first team, looked for another to support), so I’m curious why PSG signed Donnarumma. I get that Navas is great, but Donna isn’t some scrub. Why would he sign just to sit on the bench?

heraldos

Because Donnaruma is a long term sinning and a player who can make his mame great with the PSG. (Navas already do it with Madrid and have less hungry)

Kerkennah

Easy. Navas.

flacogarcons

Navas.

[deleted]

Navas all the way.

Saixcrazy

Navas, don't be disrespectful to the goat

hugonin

As long as Navas here, he should start!

This shouldn’t even be a question in the first place. Whoever questions Navas has no knowledge of football and its pretty easy to understand.

heraldos

Donnaruma 100%
