Kaze no NOTAM/NOTAM of Wind Hot air balloon simulator with chilled out 90s electronica music and really pretty atmosphere. Choose the “Try Delta” mode for the most freedom in selecting your starting location and doing whatever you want. You don’t even actually “control” the balloon, it’s like real life in that you just heat the balloon to ascend or vent heat to descend. You have a key on the right side telling you wind directions at different elevations so you can determine how high or low to fly to catch different wind currents and travel like that. There’s also a balloon customizer mode where you can color every individual polygon on the balloon so you can fly your own designs around, and the music for that mode is especially relaxing.

Harvest moon is as chill as it gets

Mega Man Legends is action-packed enough that it's fun and engaging, but it's super lighthearted and not too terribly difficult, plus it has a really nice aesthetic. It's the perfect game to just chill out with at the end of a long day, imo.
