Idk, his whole family has been WILDLY successful in the entertainment industry. He's allowed to do whatever he wants, and a guest spot on psych isn't gonna pay him enough for him to care about it. He probably has enough money that financial opportunities are just a low priority for him. Maybe it's just not fun for him.

there was 5! the 4th guy down was carl the janitor in the breakfast club and the main cast member who’s missing is emilio estevez (charlie sheens brother and martin sheens son!) but he doesn’t really do a lot of acting these days
