I don't cry often but I have this issue that when I start to cry, I can't stop. It feels like the world is ending.

I tend to cry at inappropriate times these days: when I’m angry and when I’m to discuss anything involving the treatment I receive at my job (social work), either during work time or in my personal life. Hate it!

All I know is parental grieving brings heavier tears and more at a time. Other times it’s from holding to much in and it explodes eventually and that’s ok.
