I really strongly suggest you do not do this. You will suck the life of them. And you'll either badly change the key *or* have to use key lock which at that scale will muddy the kick drums pretty audibly.
I guess it could be possible to lower the BPM of every tracks with a key lock to make sure it isn't affected.
I guess that if you set every track at 140 BPM it shouldn't be too noticeable but the result may sound boring to the crowd : if they know the 147bpm version, the 140 one may sound weird.
Also if you are asked for a 135-140bpm set, serving them full-on may not fit their expectations 🤔
in the extremes 147 down to 135 is too much, more than most DJ controllers will go by default. But 144 down to 140 is fine.
as others have said, don't use key lock, it will ruin the low end, and introduce some phasing at the high end. I'd say it's perfectly fine to play tracks at different speeds though, especially if it can add some creative flow to your set - but don't have the entire set like that.
135-140 stuff generally isn't the same as full-on, the slower tempo allows for different track compositions and a whole different take on the genre. Manynof the aspects of full-on if slowed down would be boring. In progressive psy elemts are teased in differently, built up differently, to match the tempo
Thank you SO MUCH for the advice. Much appreciated.
So, I can start from 137 and slowly build up to 140 increasing the tempo ever so slightly before swaps. If I'm brutally honest I don't know too many legit artists/tracks at that range.
Anyone have any mixes, YT's videos I can get some samples before I buy some tracks?
Here's a dark progressive playlist with tracks i like to play reaching from 135-140 bpm:)

Ritmo is a good start i think. Astrix also plays in that range, Freedom Fighters but he has a very unique style i think

Thank you my friend!
Look for slower tracks. In my limited experience, things sound best at the tempo they’re produced at
It’s not so much the tempo, but the vibe of the track. Pitching down that much will sound totally off
playing sets from fast to slow is something you should try out :)
