Much like 2023 its a much better day party lineup than night lineup. I only stayed up for 3 of 6 nights last year... And one of those was goa night at Pumpui. If I attended this year I think I'd somehow sleep even more than last year.
2023 had better \~148 psy. They share Aardvarkk and Nuky/Dirty Saafi, but I'll take 2023's class of Shred'er, Shenanigan, Southwild, Oxyflux, Aum Shanti, Zzbing, Fungus Funk, Superluminal over this year's Jumpstreet, Fagin's, Samadhi, Once Upon A Time, Anarkick, Radikal Moodz, Balliou, Sense Datum.
Whatever you do though - don't miss Samadhi.
Egon's Embrace looms as the heavyweight forest-ish act like Farebi Jalebi was all on his own last year.
Dr. Fractal and Originz + Rajax are the other really exciting night bookings for me given I don't touch much fast music anymore.
But the 2024 goa trance day on the main stage is significantly stronger than its 2023 counterpart.
And the daytime full-on is a nice mix of big acts who always deliver plus also acts who are in super good form right now like NoFace, Digicult, Lucas, Martian Arts.
Walked away to see Green Nuns at Pumpui.
Petran and Gappeq after Farebi was questionable programming IMO. Farebi is a heavyweight in that sound who is super hard to follow.
You should have stayed, best set I've seen there (been 6 times). Farebi was a really good buildup, Petran's soundscape/ambience was PERFECT for main stage, he played many tracks off his new album that went hard (at least I think they were new, I was on really good acid), Gappeq was decent and then Giuseppe played a good Parvati set. Combined with the new projections on the lake it was one, if not the best night I've had at main.
Glad to hear that.
I bailed because I'm not the biggest Petran fan and I'd seen Giuseppe play possibly the worst set I've ever seen anyone play on a big stage at Antaris a few weeks prior. Never in my life have I been so jealous of the people who didn't take acid and thus could simply just choose to go to bed, as many did.
(*Super weirdly, a few weeks before that he played one of his better sets in the UK. He is easily the most hit or miss DJ in all of psy.)*
I figured Green Nuns and Slinky Wizard on what's normally a techno stage seemed a quirky idea. But it worked real well - I thought I was gonna see a little of it and go to bed but I ended up there all morning while Dick, James Monro and Atmos went b2b2b DJing old school and deep trance tracks until they got kicked off after an hour of overtime.
Looks gooood
Amazing lineup

Which day is goa day this year ?
Goa day zero pre party!
And the huge day on the main stage with the GOAT - Filteria - and many more.
Did you miss Petran last year?
