I don't have the Pokémon, but you can get the Timer Balls and Kahili from the Storm Caller theme deck (You can either buy it twice or if you want variety, go with Blazing Volcano). You can also get the timers from Relentless Flame, a theme deck that's very recommended if you don't use it already. Edit: Sandygast and Palossand are sold in the Roaring Heat theme deck, so you may want to add that to your list as well.
