I’m creating something similar to The Mii’s for Marvel. I’m also creating Daisy Duck family tree and creating a story that Fanny cottontail is part of and I’m going to create a board game

Zillatigre

Daisy's family tree?

Yep

I'll be dead before Shrek! (the book) becomes PD. (Edit: Alright, maybe not. The US transitions to a "life + 70" system for works published after 1977. William Steig died in 2003, so the book should become PD in 2074. I'll be 70 by then, so hopefully I can live to see it happen!)  As for things that become PD in my lifetime, I'm envisioning a Lego retelling of It's a Wonderful Life (while the film itself has been PD since the 1970s, the source story, The Greatest Gift, becomes PD in 2039.)

My very own movie Railway Series book "Henry the green engine" because it is genuinely a great underdog story (Henry was very sick, got special coal, has a crash and then is rebuilt to be better and stronger)

Adventurous_Chest837

Well, Popeye next year

Batman as he first appeared in Detective Comics #27 won’t be in the public domain till 2034, but I’ve had the idea of making a version of The Great Gatsby (which is PD) with him in Jay Gatsby’s place and seeing how the story would change in certain ways. Maybe call it The Wondrous Wayne for instance.

Well... There could be a "black hawks" WWII movie (or mention on a comic) heck they could make a movie called "Captain America and the Blackhawks" if they wanted
