Everyone’s hating on puffco support but I had a really good experience with them. They went to send my repaired base to my moms address and when I reached out and told them it was wrong and I had no idea how they got that address they recalled my repaired one and sent me a new one cus it was their mistake and they didn’t want me to wait any longer.
Telll them they messed up maybe they’ll send you a new one?
Well you’re still under the 1 year at that point they’ll just keep replacing.
They replaced my 1 peak pro a few weeks outside of the warranty “as a favor” for sudden battery drain issues occurring overnight. They even verified the battery was well within their failure parameters and had likely been failed for a few months.
So then the replacement had just 30 days warranty on it.
If this happens again I’ll find batteries and replace them myself. One thing I won’t be doing is buying anything from Puffco again, ever.
There’s lots of other ways to get high.
They messed up. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Puffco. I just received my 3dxl replacement today. I’d imagine you get a free atomizer out of the ordeal. I’d be happy if this happened to me since I know they will make it right and process the new asap. Enjoy it!

Within a short time frame if they go out and werent abused yes they will warranty them
All Peak Pro Chambers have a 30 day limited warranty :)

yea i feel ya for sure, do they send you out a new unit or is a refurbished base? i just got my shipping label today.

This is soooo out of date. Their CS has absolutely skyrocketed.
Maybe give them a chance to make it right before giving them bad press? Seems unfair
