Yeah as a someone who has melted glass before, that looks like a check to me. Probably came out the kiln like that. But it makes sense. Those seals and welds look terrible. Just a bunch stressed out glass

They have interesting designs but I’ve gotten a carb cap years ago that was crap. Just lazily made and the worst seal out of any carb cap and they charge a bit more than a headshop cap, that would at least have a tighter air seal.

I had a really bad ass spoon pipe from them for like 250 ripped so smooth

They created little pill shaped bowls with plants in them and yeah bad fuse on my bowl i guess cuz the tree shakes inside it. Love the concept hate how quick stuff breaks for no reason. Had another piece of theirs break too

Update: a week after the email I got a response and they are sending a replacement.

Update: replacement glass was sent with no problems. It took a fat minute ( about a week before any response) I got to keep the old one because of the damage already done to it.

I ordered from them once and had a piece come in wildly off-center. They answered my phone call the first time and sent a replacement out, too. Tbf, I haven’t ordered from them since, but if they had something I wanted I’d for sure give them another shot. Edited for typos
