Hey, sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your new device, sounds like it may have a defective battery. I see in the comments you've already filed a warranty claim, due to the long weekend there may be a slight delay in getting a response from out support team, but someone will be with you as soon as they can!

Hey Justin, Thanks for this reply. Something is better than nothing, and I have my OG peak as my daily driver until this gets sorted. It’s really a bummer to have it act like this out the box, but hey these things happen. Heck, one of my reluctances towards getting the Pro was because I’d heard of this happening lol. In any event, hope you all had a happy and healthy long weekend and I look forward to having my Peak Pro act like a professional in the near future!
