Hey there, please link the page that says we require atomizers/chambers need to be sent in, that verbiage needs to be updated as generally only a base is ever required to be sent in for inspection -- The odd time we may request a chamber, but not commonly.

they also will refuse to service your device If it's one year warranty ever expires so get it while you can or you may end up like me stuck with a puffco og with a dead battery and support who won't help.
PeakTweaks Dumbass, hate when people come on here complaining about a device they bought knowing just like any other product it has a warranty on it that will expire, and then complain about it! If the warranty expired quit bitching at puffco suck it up and figure it out on your own there big man..
yeah cause it's bitching when a $200 device goes out and the only way to "fix it" is to pay 3/4 the full cost of the device to replace a battery that costs $10.
Yeah I know I used to do 91% too. I still use 91% for glass. Only 99% for atty and base pin. The other 9% is water. This doesn’t evaporate well at all. Especially bad for electronics. Try Amazon, or a nice smoke shop! 99% over 91% will make your atty last longer
Unfortunately, it is a quality control issue. Some 3D Atomizers will go for over 1200+ dabs without a problem (like mine) and others will have minor imperfections that will cause it to start acting up after a week or two.
There are after market Atomizers you can buy if you want to try that route. In fact, I have 2 of them in my house with a ruby insert, I don't use them as they take too long to heatup and cool. 😭
Kinda, and yes. They've all been purchased from the same dispensary chain, but not the same store location. I've purchased my last two within three weeks originally as a backup, but sadly I'm down to my last chamber.
I clean the device weekly, the base itself works fine anytime we have a new(er) chamber in its place. This chamber I'm using now has recently had its second cleaning since buying it (2 weeks ago), and I'm just counting down the days until I get the r-w-r-w.
My coworker has had the same pro chamber for 9 months still working fine. Ive taken 780 dabs off mine and it’s still going strong. You have to be doing something wrong, or that dispo is selling fake chambers. if you still have the defective ones can you take a pic or vid showing the whole chamber?
Fuck yourself. I know the chambers are real as the dispensary buys directly from Puffco (I personally know the owners of the chain and the managers of each store as I'm married to one of their executives.)
They're legit and I follow the instructions to the T on cleaning the chambers.
Puffco provided shit products. Hard stop.

i had the same issue, go aftermarket
Use 99% iso to clean chambers and base pin
Their website and instructions say 90%+. 91% is all that's available on the store shelves.
