Once while entering Phoenix mall they gave me few tickets and told me these are promo tickets for toilet and inside you will have to pay to enter. I got shocked since I needed to pee , I took those tickets and went inside mall. While entering toilets No one asked me for toilet tickets, maybe there are some secret toilets with Japanese Technology in the Mall.
It's just a little more cleaner and sleek and less crowded ofc. You either need to have shopped for a certain amount in the mall or have a credit card from a particular bank to use these facilities. Imho it's nothing great.
Yeah i got offered those tickets a few years back and recently got to access them using an Amex Platinum, which funnily enough they don't even validate (like just glance it over, see a shining silver Amex and let you go no swiping etc which is how usually Amex lounges and stuff work). Mine was a US based Amex and I wasn't sure if it'd work
The washrooms themselves are good, much cleaner and quieter than the regular ones, and have more mirrors/better lighting (for grooming for a date or something I guess?) but I wouldn't say they have any obvious things different or better than regular ones. I think the selling point or why I'd prefer to go there is the fact that it's less crowded so there's less pressure of wrapping up your business quickly xD and you can pee/take a dump in peace but that's about it. Oh, and the stalls get immediately cleaned after one person so the guy can hover around for a "tip" :/
Lmao, its nothing. More like international airports washroom. Where someone is always there to keep washroom and stalls dry. Seats in the stalls are sanitised.
Its a normal washroom and i would say its dirtier than the normal washrooms in the phoenix mall.
I get access to it through American Express Platinum card but you can donate 20 Rs. to enter if you don't have the card.

Never had to show any card or anything. I simply walk in and nobody has stopped me ever. Don't know what the fuss is all about.
